Pre-School Level Ages 3 & under

Our Pre-School class is the perfect introduction to ice skating for our youngest skaters! Through fun games, creative activities, and encouraging instruction, children will build confidence on the ice while learning basic balance, marching, falling down safely, getting up, and gliding. This class focuses on making skating a positive and exciting experience while developing the fundamental skills needed for future Learn to Skate levels. Parents will love watching their little ones take their first steps toward a lifelong love of skating!

Snowplow Sam Ages 5-6

Snowplow Sam is designed specifically for young skaters ages 5–6 who are ready to begin their skating journey. In this fun and supportive class, skaters will learn the fundamentals of balance, marching, gliding, forward movement, and safe falling and recovery. Through engaging activities and age-appropriate instruction, participants will build confidence on the ice while developing the foundational skills needed to progress through the Learn to Skate USA program.

Basic 1- 5 Levels

Basic 1 is the perfect starting point for new skaters ages 7–12. This class introduces the essential fundamentals of skating, including balance, forward skating, stopping, gliding, and safe falling and recovery. Skaters will build confidence and coordination through structured instruction in a fun, encouraging environment while developing the skills needed to advance through the Learn to Skate USA program and explore figure skating, hockey, or recreational skating.

Adult 1-6 Level

Whether you're stepping onto the ice for the first time or returning after years away, Adult 1–6 is designed for skaters ages 13 and older of all experience levels. In a relaxed and supportive environment, participants will learn and develop essential skating skills such as balance, forward and backward skating, stopping, turning, and gliding at their own pace. Whether your goal is recreational skating, improving for hockey, or simply trying something new, this class is a fun and rewarding way to build confidence on the ice.

Important Class Policies

• Registration fees must be paid in full to reserve a spot.
• 1 make-up class allowed. They expire on the last day of class for the season.
• Classes will be combined due to lack of enrollment. In the case of class cancellation we will look for suitable alternatives.
• Transfers will be considered if there is space available
• Skaters cannot skip levels. To advance to the next level, skaters must be evaluated. 

Important Class Necessities

• Skate Rental or your own appropriate skates of the correct size. Please do not buy adjustable skates or skates that have not been tried on. We have a skate fitter who you can make an appointment with to help you get the correct skates.
• Double runner skates are not permitted 
• Helmets are MANDATORY you must bring your own
• If wearing hockey skates you must wear a hockey helmet with a full cage
• Wear warm comfortable layers, long medium thick socks and gloves
